Jessica Wolf: Art of Breath for Everybody and EveryBody

We will begin with an Art of Breathing lie-down, followed by a playful exploration of movement. Discover the freedom of your body as you bounce and swing in tune with your breath. 

Participants are welcome to sit or stand for all parts of the workshop; it is designed for Everybody and EveryBody.

Please bring a mat and 1-2 books to support your head while lying down.
