Ariel Carson: Keep Yourself Together!
What embodied strategies do we use to keep ourselves together in our everyday lives, and in times of increased demand? Utilizing the frameworks of Alexander Technique and Somatic Experiencing, this workshop will explore the differences between holding ourselves together in ways that disintegrate or restrict us, and ways that unify our coordination and free up our body-mind-selves.
We will touch into sustainable sources of support that accompany us through the ever-changing landscape of this wild ride we call life. Through discovery, play, constructive rest and movement exploration, we will access our innate resilience and flow.
