Jessica Wolf: The Art of Breathing

During this time of enormous transition, we can observe our own psychophysical tension and stress responses. As we re-engage with the world, breath is indispensable. The path toward healing uses oxygen and movement. In this workshop, we use Art of Breathing principles and procedures to develop our proprioception to connect mind and body. We rediscover the fluidity of breath: how to breathe with minimum effort and maximum efficiency. The breath soothes.
