Gina Kelly: Inner Presence, Attuned Movement

Drawing from Alexander Technique, Gentle Yoga and Somatic Experiencing™, this hour-long practice will begin in stillness and slowly build into rhythmic, intelligent movement sequences. We will explore looking inward (flexion) and gently going outward (extension), all while being curious about what might arise moment to moment.

Thought and care will be given to creating a safe container for individual exploration. All are welcome, whether you are an experienced practitioner or an interested beginner. Modifications will be offered throughout, including the option to be an observer.

The middle of the week is a perfect time to pause, unwind, and nourish yourself, while supporting the JLSF!

Please bring a mat and blanket/beach towel to use under your head and in sitting. You are also welcome to have other props on hand that make you comfortable, such as an eye pillow, yoga block, or chair.
