P. Leonie Smith and catherine strickland: Calling In: Using NVC to Attend to Impact

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is both a way of being and a concrete set of skills which help us see our common humanity. During this one-hour workshop, you will be introduced to how you can attend to impact in a way that builds trust, minimizes blame and shame and attends to impact when it happens in real time. We will share basic NVC skills and end with looking at scenarios that can create harm and how to intervene without shame and blame.

Led by Leonie Smith and catherine strickland of Necessary Trouble Collective, this experiential workshop will leave you with skills that you can use to create change in your life and community.
