Our Mission
The Judith Leibowitz Scholarship Fund provides scholarship assistance for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to train as Alexander Technique teachers. Each recipient receives tuition support at a selected 1600-hour AmSAT approved training course.
“I am thrilled about the existence of the Judith Leibowitz Scholarship. I know from my own experience the transformative power of the Alexander Technique. Expanding the Alexander community with teachers of color ensures that more people have access to and understanding of this life-affirming technique.”
